With Our CQC registered Supported Living Services, Cevero provides safe, supportive, and well-managed accommodation for adults stepping down from hospital or facing housing difficulties. Our goal is to help every individual regain stability, rebuild confidence, and live independently in the community.
We work hand-in-hand with local authorities, NHS teams, and social services to deliver high-quality, person-centred support that meets the unique needs of each resident. Whether transitioning from care, homelessness, or crisis, Cevero offers a home where recovery and independence begin.
Step-Down Supported Accommodation
Safe and supportive housing for individuals leaving hospital, providing structured care and tenancy support to promote a smooth transition into community living.

Our aim is to bridge the gap between hospital discharge, homelessness, and independent living — giving individuals a safe, stable, and supportive environment where they can rebuild their confidence and independence.
