Home care, supported living, and community, transition and care support for adults aged 18 to 65 and over, across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

What we offer

Choose the support you need

Our services fall into three groups. Choose a group to see its services, then open any service for the full details, who it is for and how to get started.

Home care services

CQC regulated personal care in your own home for adults aged 18 to 65 and over 65. Short visits from 30 minutes, morning, lunch, tea and bed calls, through to nights, long days, 24 hour and live-in care.

Flexible visits at home, from a quick check-in to 24 hour care, covering personal care, medication, meals, outings and housework. Our domiciliary care service is effective, responsive and proactive. It runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and covers everything from check-in calls and personal care to 24 hour care. We can start at short notice to cover a short illness, or support you for the long term.

Service 02

Live-in care

Round-the-clock support in your own home from a carefully chosen team, so you can live life on your own terms. With live-in care we support you to live the life you want, on your terms, 24 hours a day in your own home. If you or someone you love needs support around the clock, we are here. After an assessment we draw up a care plan tailored to you and choose a team of care workers to match.

Service 03

Respite care

Planned breaks for family carers, with trained care workers stepping in so you can rest knowing your loved one is safe. Are you the main carer for someone you love, and sometimes need a break? We understand that you want to be there for them all the time, and that this can be hard mentally and physically. We are ready to give you the break you deserve.

Support to settle back home safely after a hospital stay, helping you leave hospital sooner and lowering the risk of readmission. Our hospital to home service is designed to make your return home smooth, relaxed and as free from worry as possible, whether you need support for a short time or for longer. Having personal and practical support in place can make earlier discharge possible, and gives you the confidence that help is there.

Service 05

Dementia care

Trained, experienced care workers who help people living with dementia stay safe, comfortable and engaged at home. Memory can be affected by stress, tiredness, some illnesses and some medicines. If you are becoming more forgetful, especially if you are over 65, it is a good idea to talk to your GP about the early signs of dementia. Dementia is a group of related symptoms linked to an ongoing decline in how the brain works.

Personalised support for people with a temporary or lifelong physical disability, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing. You are disabled under the Equality Act 2010 if you have a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term negative effect on your ability to do normal daily activities. Substantial means more than minor or trivial, for example taking much longer than usual to get dressed. Long-term means 12 months or more. A progressive condition, one that gets worse over time, can count as a disability.

Care from workers who understand sight loss, hearing loss and dual sensory loss, so you can live safely and confidently. Sensory impairment is when one or more of the senses, such as sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste or spatial awareness, no longer works as it should. It is often overlooked because it cannot always be seen. Some people are more likely to be affected, including older people, people with a learning disability and frail adults.

A friendly care worker who spends quality time with you at home, easing loneliness and keeping you connected. Companionship care means a care worker visiting you at home to spend quality time with you. It matters for many older people who do not get out much or have few family visits. You have a friend to share daily routines with, and you feel valued and supported. Getting older can be lonely, especially when everyone else seems busy.
